Therapy that keeps up with your life
Private-practice care, built around continuity
Maybe a clinic told you the next opening was weeks out, and only every other week. Maybe a plan changed and they just dropped you. We built around that.
You get one therapist you keep, in person or by video, with sessions at the cadence your care actually needs. Move between our Cerritos office and video as life shifts. Your therapist stays the same, across the state.

Premium care, on the insurance you already have
Most providers offering this caliber of care have left insurance panels. We have not. You get private-practice attention without paying cash.
-
The same therapist over time
Keep one therapist as life changes. Switch between our Cerritos office and video sessions without starting over with someone new.
-
We work with your insurance
We hold contracts with several plans, Medi-Cal among them. Call us with your plan and we will tell you what we accept before you book.
-
Care in your language
Our team works in English, Spanish, Farsi, Tagalog, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi, so the work happens directly, not through a translator.

The clinician behind the practice
A licensed therapist leading a growing California team
Saqib Iqbal, LCSW, founded Eye Cue Mental Health in November 2017 to bring private-practice psychotherapy to more Californians. He supervises a growing team of associate clinicians who carry the day-to-day caseload.
If your assigned therapist is not the right fit, we will match you with another clinician in the practice, without restarting your intake. Our team works in seven languages, so you can do the hard work in your first language.

Our approach, and who decides how long you stay
We work from evidence-based methods, matched to what you are carrying. Your therapist draws on cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
How long you stay in therapy is based on your medical necessity, not a plan algorithm or a session quota. No automatic step-down, no forced ending. You stay in charge of your treatment, and you are not a number in a queue.
Methods we draw on
- Cognitive behavioral therapy
- Psychodynamic therapy
- Solution-focused therapy
- Trauma-informed care
