About Amethyst

Narrative therapy for a new story

Amethyst Macaspac is a Marriage & Family Therapist Associate who believes in a powerful principle: "The person is not the problem. The problem is the problem." This narrative therapy approach separates you from your struggles, helping you see yourself clearly and empowering you to change the stories you tell about yourself.

Amethyst creates safe spaces for processing the unfamiliar and challenging. As a family therapist with expertise in relational dynamics, she guides clients on their journeys of self-growth, discovery, and understanding—one story at a time.
